Green Beans Curry





Ingredients :

Green Beans 250 gms
Coconut Fresh tbsp (grated)
Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
Green Chillies 6 (finely chopped)
Urad Dal 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves few springs
Oil 1 tbsp

Preparation :

Cut the edges of beans wash , chop them finely.
Now heat oil in a pressure cooker , add urad dal ,
after few seconds add cumin seeds , mustard seeds , after
spluttering add green chilies , onion and fry it .

Now add chopped green beans and salt, mix it properly .
keep the lid and wait on it , now cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.

You may not get whistle , off the flame and open it after 5 mins.
Now add coconut and coriander leaves , put on low flame for
more 5 mins .

Now its done.

Serve it with chapati , rice etc..

Makes around 4-5 servings

It will take hardly 15 - 20 mins in pressure cooker.
